GoJumps is an independent buyer's guide to backyard bounce houses and inflatable water slides, written for the parent who is about to own one rather than rent one.
A listing sells an inflatable on its photo. The details that decide whether it works for your family sit further down the page, or in a PDF manual nobody opens: how much lawn it claims once it's staked out, what each child may weigh, the age it was built for. We move those numbers to the top of every card, and we leave off the ones a seller can't keep straight.
Listing titles are written to be found, and they round up. Weight limits, ages and blower details come from the spec table or the maker's manual instead. When a listing argues with itself, the card says "Listing disagrees" rather than picking whichever number sounds better.
02
Drawn to scale, clearance included.
Most manuals we've read ask for 2 meters (6.6 feet) of open ground around the unit, and a few ask for more. Every card draws the unit inside that zone, at one scale per guide, so two picks can sit side by side and you can see which one your lawn will take.
03
Screened for returns and stock.
Before a pick goes up, and again whenever a guide is updated, we check its Amazon page for the "Frequently returned item" warning and whether it can actually be bought. A pick that fails either check comes off the page, even a good one.
04
No prices, no star ratings.
Inflatable prices move from week to week, and Amazon shows today's a click away, so we don't print one that might be stale by Saturday. Star ratings and review counts stay on the listing for the same reason: the live ones are more honest than any copy of them.
How GoJumps makes money.
Where it comes from
Product buttons lead to Amazon, and GoJumps belongs to Amazon's Associates program. If you buy after following one of our links, Amazon may pay us a small share of the sale. Your price is the same either way, and Amazon reports to us what was ordered, never who ordered it.
What it doesn't decide
A commission never decides whether a unit makes a list or where it lands. Picks are grouped by yard size and by how kids use them, and the order inside each group follows fit, not payout. No maker pays for a spot, and the site carries no ads. The full detail on links and cookies is on our privacy page.
The old gojumps.com.
From 2003 to 2023 this domain belonged to a moon bounce rental company in northern Virginia. That business has no connection to GoJumps, and its history isn't ours. We don't rent, deliver or set up inflatables, so for a one-day party a local rental company is still the call.
